87 pick-up stalls after engine warms up

Help! My 1987 pick-up wants to stall out after the engine has run for ten to fifteen minutes. From my house I get right onto a highway and drive twenty miles to work. When I get off the highway, the car will die out at the first stoplight. It will turn over easily but will continue rough idleing or die out again. After taking off again from the light the truck tends to chug and hesitate whenever I descelerate. At any time, if I apply thropttle it takes off and runs great.

The engine is a 22r. I have changes the fuel filter, checked the fuel pump(gas flow is good). Checked the ignition system and it all checks out, except for the ignition coil. Primary resistance is 1.0 ohms instead of the .4 to .5 ohms called for in the specs.. Checked all vacuum lines and they are o.k.. EGR checks out. Catalytic converter is good.

What parts do I need to look at on the carb.. I did check the choke already and it is working properly.

Other items of note. When it stall I get strong fuel smell. Also I did seafoam the carb, fuel system and oil, to no improvement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a leak in the fuel line somewhere?

Thanks! I did not think to look at that as a possible reason. Will track the lines and see if I find anything.
