Fuel injector plug

Hi,

I have a 2000 v6 sonata. while changing the spark plugs one of the electric wires of the fule injector came out from its socket. the fule injector seems to have two parts one gray and one green. I could not seperate the gray part which is the one that electric cables are connected to from the green part. So now i am not sure how to fix this. Should i change the whole fule injector or can i repair this and coneect the electrical cable back .

I thought pushing the cable back in and put some glue around it but then i thought perhaps this may not be the best idea.

Any help appreciated. I am not comfortable drive the car with 5 cylender.

thanks

A

I'm a little confused on what you are saying but if you are saying that a wire from the injector ripped out of the connector them you need to replace the connector but I'm guessing you don't know how to do electrical so you might have to have someone do it for you.
