STUPID drivers!!!
Driving home from school going down a four lane road this lady is stopped ahead of me to turn into a business across the road. Now there are 2 sets of solid yellow lines the lady could have easily pulled into putting herself dead center of the four lane road leaving plenty of room for me to pass her without going into the right lane.
The right lane is packed car after car so I was forced to stop on this busy four lane road behind that lady. No sooner than I come to a stop behind the lady i hear a screech and bam im hit! Look out my right window(don't know why) and i see this corsica ,with its entire front end pushed up, hood bent all the way back to the windshield, jumps a curb into the wawa parking lot. So im sitting in my car thinking? "I stopped right? YEA! THAT A-HOLE JUST REAR ENDED ME!!! MY BABY GOT HIT!!!!!" An ambulance was pulling into the wawa from the far right lane and the corsica decided to pass him, not knowing i was stopping behind someone in the passing lane and he clipped my car from the middle to the right at 50+mph. My front end hit the lady infront of me so my hood and basically everything else in the front is beyond repair. My back is damaged. He hit me hard enough that his green little POS went underneath my car and ripped my gas tank bolts from the frame, collapsed the tank, and pulled out the filler tube. i miss my car!

I'm sorry that happened dude. Is your car totalled? Did the guy in the Corsica have insurance?

just got the paper work from the police station. the lady had some state insurance and the guy who hit me had progressive. hopefully everything works out because im out a nice car and my back and neck are cracking constantly and feel like i got hit by a truck.

did you own the car or are you still paying it off?
for sure the insurance will declare it a total lost! if you are still paying it off then the guy who hit you, his insurance will pay off the car to the bank, you'll be left with no car and no money and tottally SOL! Id get a lawyer and sue the lady for blocking traffic and causing the accident. but thats just me!

oh good, at least the car is yours....er...was yours.
Sue the crap out of her. It costs like 75-80 bucks to have a lawyer submit the paperwork to sue her. if you loose no prob, at least you tryed and the lawyer wont charge unless you win. if you win the lawyer takes his cut off the top and you get your bucks post haste. I got my car wrecked in a similar way. I got the ticket for rear ending her, I sued cause she was blocking traffic under a green light and I won and it payed for my 3000GT! do it, do it, do it. good luck man.
