Question

Sub wiring

I have a question about the wiring in my 1990 mx-6. My car has a factory sub woofer under the front passenger seat and I have been trying to connected it to my cd player. The wires run under the flooring and seem to disappear. Does anyone know where they end up or have any suggestions how to find out where they go? Thanks
