which cam to choose?

I am looking for a cam to run with my stock compression gsr. I have been looking and have found deals on some old skunk stage 1 and 2, buddy club spec III, or blox tuner b, skunk pro 1

setup is currently

toda header
2.5" exhaust
skunk2 manifold
68 mm throttle body
2.5" cat
home made 3" intake

keep in mind these are all on stock compression, im leaning towards the pro1 but they are also the most expensive of the bunch. if im going to get similar gains from all then id obviously go with something cheaper

crower cams are pretty popular just make sure to get some valve springs/retainers...i myself am trying to decide whether to get crower or go with CTR cams...
