lambo relability??

I was wondering if the Diablo owners would chime in and talk about the reliablity of their cars. I have owned a couple later model (90's) Ferraris and they were not all that bad if they got serviced regularly. I have heard nightmares about the Countach. Was the Diablo more sorted? I have an oportunity to buy a 1998 Diablo VT w/5000 miles. I am hesitant only because the closest dealer is about 3.5 hours away. I live in Boston. The dealer is in New York. There are a few places in Boston who work on Lambos but I'm worried about having the car in the shop every couple of weeks mostly. What year seems to be the best as far as reliability. What problems have you had and what was the cost. I don't mind spending the $$ for maint. etc. (remember I had a couple ferraris). Any info from owners would be great.
