Question American Racing Cars

Greetings to all.

Do you know if anybody is producing 1/20 Indy Cars (apart from 2 Lolas released by Tamiya) and 1/24 Nascar and American Le Man Series?
Didn’t find anything here in Portugal, but if exists I could try to import them.
Really loved to build Dale Earnhardt’s Chevrolet and Greg Moore’s Reynard.

Thank you all for your help.
Revell really have a good collection of NASCAR cars.
I’ve found in the list the one I was looking for, Dale Earnhardt’s Chevrolet

But they also have other great NASCAR cars, as well as the C5 Corvette that modelfan1 mentioned, and a dragster 1/24
I will talk with the owner of the store were I use to by my models to see if he can import this ones.

Patate, can you ask your friend what is the scale and company that produce the Carpentier’s car?

Kind Regards.

The revell Corvette C5R was released for the first time in 2001. It was the silver 1999 car. It was a pro-finish kit in the US and a glue kit in Europe. Shortly, after that release, the US market got the 2000 yellow/ white car as a glue kit. This kit had the 2000 LeMans decals inside.

This month the 2001 Corvette came out. It has the decals for both 2001 cars from Daytona (including the Earnhardts) and the 2001 LeMans decals (earnhardt memory stripes for the fenders.)

If you want to buy these kits on-line. I would suggest Hobby Heaven, www.modelcarkits.com. He has these kits and much more. Very good prices also. The new corvette is $10.55 US and the 2000 car is $9.25 US. The pro finish 1999 Goodwrench Corvette is $16.25 US, it has pre lettered tires, prepainted body and pre-painted windows.
The Dale Earnhardt kit you have in your picture is $10.55 US. He is cheaper than the stores in the US.

If you have anymore detailed question about nascar models and decals let me know.

First of all I want to thank you one more time for helping me.
I now have enough information to import some models that I want to build but never found in the usual modelling stores that I use to go (not more than 3)

Too bad about the Carpentier model. Anyway I will try to find it.

Good news for those o want Tamiya old models (like me).
They are about to re-release some really old models like the Wolf WR-1 Ford, Ford Capri Turbo Zakspeed, Audi Quatro Rally, Porsche 962C, New Man Porsche 956 and the Sauber Mercedes C9.

Kind Regards.

Current Projects.
