Wiring problem?

Hi,
I have a 1995 Accord, and in the past few weeks while I am driving, my gauges will go to zero and my radio will go off for a few seconds and then come back on. Sometimes my radio and clock will completely reset itself and erase the presets, and once my automatic locks did not work. I do not know very much about cars, so I checked my fuses by the pedals and under the hood and they were OK, and I also cleaned the corrosion off of my battery. None of these things were the problem. I am thinking maybe it is a wiring problem, but I do not know what to check. Does anybody have a suggestion?
