Need Jetta Advice
Hi, I found a great deal (way under blue book) on a 2001 Jetta GLS wagon with only 59,000 miles. I am considering buying it, but I live in Montana where (most) winters we get a lot of snow. So, I am wondering 1) how do they drive in the winter? and 2) are there any issues I should look out for in buying one? I am definitely drawn by the gas mileage a Jetta gets, but wondering if this will offset the fact that it is not 4WD.
Any advice? Thanks! |

Re: Need Jetta Advice
If it is a TDI deisel engine the heat will warm up really quick in the winter, because the heat is electrical, until the coolant warms up.
