Transmision shifting hard on a 2004 TB

Folks, I have a 2004 Trailblazer which sometimes shifts hard and on reverse will go neutral also. this happens every other week. The fluid looks red and clean and its at the right level. The dealer checked the Trany but found nothing rare. I have already 30,000 miles on it. Have only use my Hitch for my Mountain bike.

DOes this mean that the Transmission is starting to go bad?

Do you have extended warranty...if not I would worry the dealer now and immediately. Keep all documentation of your issue, and be explicit to the problem. They always check to record and sometimes, you can get away with them not fixing the issue the first time even if the warranty runs out.

Have them check to see if there is any flash update for your issue. Each update I got seems to do miracles for me...
