turns over but no start

i have a 95 cirrus and i have no power going to my crank postioning sensor, inj. plugs, cap. dis. i checked from the power train control unit and it has no power, the control unit has power, i replaced it and the fuel filter and also cap and rotor, but still nothing, t-belt is good
anyone know a good wiring d-gram online or anything else i could check
also all gounds are good out of ptcu and found no cuts in any wires
