Exclamation Need Help!!!!

I have a 1983 FOrd Thunderbird with the 5.0L V8. My dad and I have been restoring this car form the dead and we have done the exterior and the interior and now we're working on the engine. The car had been running perfectly until it totally over heated one summer day and since then we've cored and rodded the radiator and found about 25% of it was dirt, sludge and other nasty little build ups. we've also gone after the water pump and put a fresh one in. That is what I'm writing about... when we pulled the old water pump off the botls on it were so rusted and trashed beyond being usuable that we have to put new ones in. The problem is I cant find them anywhere... no autoparts store that i've been to or ford dealership carries them or knows of a place that carries them so I'm writing this hoping that maybe someone out there knows... where can i find the double sided water pump studs??????? A web site a store a fone number... anything would be helpful at this point.... thank you.

Re: Need Help!!!!

Check at your local junkyards. An 83 is old so you will have to ask around to find a yard that has older cars in it. A local (not a chain like Autozone) auto supply might be able to help. I did a Google search for engine bolts and got quite a few sites.
