1971 challenger 4-speed
I have a 1971 challenger convertible. At some time throughout my cars life some wacko converted it to an automatic. Does anyone know the nightmare of converting it back? I am not sure where to put the z-bar mount to the frame.

Re: 1971 challenger 4-speed
I just converted my cuda to a 4spd. Did they cut the bracket from the frame rail? If you look in the driver fenderwell you will see an oval cut out the bracket should be just inside that hole. The hole is there so you can get the lock nut on the ball stud. Did they also cut the floor out or did they spare you that one.
