1979 El Camino SS...what kind of mods?

I recently got a 1979 El Camino SS. A few years ago it had recieved a new 350 crate engine. What kind of mods do these cars respond well to?

What are the specs of the 350? Did it come with and intake and carb or not? There is so much you can do for power to the engine. For the car you could probably get a better rear with higher gears.
