hi my name is phillip danek i got 2005 sunfire. i was at a party and got very sick so my girlfriend put my jeans in the wash not thinking at that time and washed my remote to unlock the car. is there a way to reprograme it. so the dealer does not have to charge me a arm and a leg. please help if you can

I beleive the dealership has to do this.

you can buy a new one from an audio shop. or you can just get an alarm installed and that will control your locks also.
