Hey Sean
You could try to see if there are any available/compatible springs for your auto on e-bay OR just visit your closest auto performance parts store. Eibach makes perfect quality springs that would allow you to achieve great results. As for HOW, there are plenty of automotive manuals out there on 'HOW TO' or you could search the web for proper operation techniques. Cheers
