Question Time to do over

Ok, I've got a 2002 s10 blazer(2 door) and I had a Visonik bandpass box with 2 12's 300w ea. This box was massive and put out so much bass that it was obnoxious. So I sold it and have been driving around with no subs for the past 2 months. Now the way my speakers are setup there is like NO bass in my car. I'm trying to find something that is small(because there isn't a whole lot of space in my cargo area, and i would still like to be able to haul shit around) but still puts out some decent sound. I'm not looking for something that is rediculously loud, just something that puts out decent sound at not an extreme volume(something that won't wake up the neighboors when i pull in at 2am). I've been looking at Bazooka tubes because they are relativly inexpensive and are self-powered. I heard a lot of good and bad things about these but whats the real story? Also, any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Peace-
