Free website hosts...
I want to make a website/forum, and I wanted to ask some of you guys for some information about websites that host stuff like that for free...
Please post the URL of the website I can go to and start making my own forum or website (can be both)... Remember that it has to be free... Meaning that the website wont charge me any money for starting my forum/website with them...

i think you're looking for the electronics/computing forum, those guys can help you with this.
but... www.freewebs.com (i think) can do free hosting.

www.invisionfree.com for forums, and www.freewebs.com for the rest of your site.
If you're more experienced, try www.100webspace.com for your host, and install phpBB (www.phpbb.com, as mentioned). It's more work, but meh.
