Bro just got an RSX Type-S

AHH!!! im so excited, he just got it today, i talked to him on the phone. He told me he thinks hes going to eat my GST alive! What are my chances on stock RSX Type-S. I've done little mods, Tsudo 3" exhaust, HKS SSQV, Aftermarket Intake, BCS mod @ 15psi! Scared and excited at the same time . He'll make fun of me!

it'll be a good race i think but you should be able to take him. the type-s's are fast but the gst's should be quicker.

I drove my cousin's type s and it is one hell of a car. All he talked about was v-tec though, haha, like I give a shit.. I think it should be a fun match, hope you kick ass

haha, i've driven a modified Type-S, but not a stock one yet. Just tell us how close the race is, just dont underestimate those Type-S's, some of them can be very scary, but you got this one IF you dont miss a gear.

Fuck, I'm intrested to see what this new 2006 Honda civic SI this December!!. Same engine as the RSX-S, 6 speed manual tranny, LSD, 197hp. I might me buying one. I need to get somthing soon, my 02 elantra has 53K on it.

I ran a stock one right after they came out....It had a dealer tag on it, so I guess someone ran out to fill it up with gas.

Anyway, the Spyder had an intake and a MBC set at 15psi. He took me by about 1/2 a car by 70mph. But remember, my Spyder is heavier than your car.

From the very little I know about Honda (I just don't care about them )
the power of a VTEC doesn't come on till about 98 million RPM vs the 4G63's 6000RPM. So if you don't go deaf and blind from hearing his motor rev that high, you should win without a doubt.

Horsepower 210 @ 6000 RPM
Torque 214 @ 3000 RPM
Curb Weight 2899 lbs.

Now add up the stuff you have done to it + + + + = even faster

2006 Acura RSX TYPE S Manual

Hmm, the curb weight on the GS-T seems a little low. Should be around 3,100 right? And the turbo spools at 2,500 rpm not 6,000. After all, it redlines at 7,000 lol.
