Re: front o2 sensor (o2 sensor on header) STUCK
Buy PB catalyst penetrating oil and spray some on the threads. AutoZone, most auto parts stores, maybe even Walmart have it. It dissolves rust. WD-40 is good starting fluid, smells nice but does very little to loosen parts. AutoZone has the correct socket for O2 sensors to loan you. If it is still stuck you will have to heat a spot on header to expand the threaded area that the sensor screws into. If you are working with stainless steel, it takes a lot more heat because the heat will spreads and cools so quickly. If the socket is slipping use vise-grips that say Vise-Grip on them rather than Made in Taiwan.

If the socket doesn't slip that is fine. You have the correct tool with a slot for the wires. Cut the wires off if they are in the way and you will be using a new sensor. The label on the can is yellow and brown.
