pedals sticking

all the pedals in my 95 civic ex are sticking . like there not realising all the way at first then like 4 secs later the fully extend. its a 5 speed if that matters. what do you think it is?

step 1: wd 40 and inspect the pedal arms. drive around report back if need be.

well my guess is that you might need to bleed the fluid ..pump pump hold the release try that for a couple of time maybe it might work. work for me

my pedals were just getting stuck on my carpet i think i am retarded when i moved my carpet aroung it quit doing that but thx for the posts
