Hey everyone. Okay, here's my problem. The coolant light on my 95 rs will not stop coming on. My coolant is up to level, the thermostat has been changed, the fluid has been flushed and changed and the water pump is just a little over a year old....
This sounds crazy but when I go around a long curve the light goes off and then comes back on. Anyone got any ideas on what's up? Sensor maybe? Thanks!!!! |

Re: HELP!Coolant light problems....
I would bank on the sensor. It also sounds like it could be a connection problem. You might want to check out the wiring.

Re: HELP!Coolant light problems....
The ect sensor has been replaced and the light is still coming on. Is there a sensor at the bottom of the reservoir tank or is that just in the turbo engines?

Re: HELP!Coolant light problems....
Okay so when I went out and started my car a few minutes ago a screeching noise happened. It quickly stopped and when I drove it around the block a faint whirring noise was coming from the engine. The starter and the alternator are fine.....please don't tell me it's the freaking water pump again
