I jsut recently had my tranny rebuilt and now there is a chatter when it shifts from 1-2 and also when I am driving and when i step on the gas and the rpms go from like 1500 and drop to 1000, so when it shifts. but i dont notice it when i accelerate hard

And what is the problem? You afraid of the tranny shop? I really don't know what you want to hear other than it seems like you need to go back and get some warranty repair work done again on it. I would not accept that if the repair covered that type of work.
