Help Me With My Bumper

ok heres the story. we hit a deer awhile back, got it fixed the dealership fucked up the front bumper, it didnt line up right, as well as the headlights, but owell. so my g/f decided to wash the car one day and left the 5 gallon bucket beside the car, went in the house came back out, and left, well shes a natty blonde....HAHA so she ran the damn bucket over, ripped the driver side of the bumper off, and now i need to fix it, is there any way I can fix it or do i just have to take it to the dealership again? all the lil clips are pulled out of the bumper/fender. ive tried pushin them back in but they wont go in...... thanks in advance
