Angry JRSC civic wont pass emissions!!!!

97 SOHC Jackson SC won't pass. The EVAP-O2 heater-Cat are in readiness or not ready mode.I've replaced both sensors and put 4-500 miles on it with readiness driving. The cat is fine but the ecu thinks its bad.Jackson Racing can't figure it out.

Readiness is driving the car on the HWY at 55-60 for 5-8 min and letting the throttle off for 5 sec repeat 5-7 or however many times. No engine lights.Emissions keep saying the CAT-EVAP-and O2 are not ready as in they didn't fail I just need to drive the car but,I've put 5-600 miles on it already.

i am lost at what your trying to say. i never had to do a "readiness" to pass smog here in ca with my jrsc. hook up to the sniffer passed me.

what is the "emissions" you are talking about? the smog shop? the obd2 scanner?
