I noticed that the exhaust manifold from a 3800 looks more like a header than my stock exhaust manifold. Would it fit my 02 GAGT with the 3400? And would it help in power? Basically, would it be worth the hassle if it was to fit?

Re: Will a 3800 exhaust fit 3400?
im not sure, but considering the 3800 is a 90 degree motor and the 3400 is a 60 degree motor i dont think it would, could be wrong though. If you want headers, i would check out "the other guys" headers.

Re: Will a 3800 exhaust fit 3400?
Thanks for the info. I didn't know the 3800 was a 90 degree. I just noticed that my father-in-law has a Buick with what looks like stock headers instead of the cast iron manifold, and it's a 3800.
