hey imma swap to a d16y6 anyone have the specs on it and how does it compare to d15b7 does any one know any sites that sell motor head particular vtec

do you mean z6 or y8?
both are better then the b7.

z6 bottom end is better
y8 head is better
simply put B series is better

You can post up in the classifieds try honda tech or ebay for a head.

The y6 actually exists (at least that's what google tells me ). Apparently it's a vtec engine already, from New Zealand, with the same specs as either the z6 or the y8 (depending on year). Here's the specs that I found for it (hp and tq are in kW and Nm, respectively): http://civic.vtec.indybbs.net/civic-...fications.html So swapping to a z6 or y8 head will do nothing, since it shares a similar or the same head as it is.
