Intake, header, and exhaust are basically it with out ripping into internals or boosting. Is that "chip" one of those things on eBay that plugs into your air temperature sensor thing? Dont use it, its a piece of shit and wont work.

Inatke manifold, weight reduction (any stereo equipment, back seats.) short shifter, then shorten it yourself... those will improve speed by improving shifting speed

Intake, 56mm TB, full header back 2.25" exhaust, New comp cam roller rockers ( this only intails removin the valve cover, so i wouldn't call that going too deep), start using full synthetic oil if your car's milage isn't too high, weight reduction, trac-lite wheels, lighten'd crank shaft pully, lighten'd alt. pully, soild upper and lower motor mounts ( tranny if you have an manual), rip out all your interrior cept driver seat, get some CF doors with lexan windows, remove your entire front end thats metal and replace everything with fiberglass or carbon fiber hood, fenders, front bumper,... shall i continue?

to be honest, avoid RSM. too costly and wont back anything up with real numbers.

You'll need intake exhaust as others have said, the chip will do fuk all!!!! waste of you money, you didn't say which motor and you can only do the rockers/lifters if you have the 2.2/2200 ohv. otherwise the 2.4 ld-9 then you need a ho intake cam (not w-41, journals are too big and will run like crap at low revs) and a 2.3 lo exhaust cam. you can have the head milled/shaved/planed whichever motor you have to up the compression ratio a little. if you want to spen a shit load, high comp pistons, head shave, p+p, cams, rockers(ohv) but you could run into some fuelling problems if you go too insane. depends on what you need. you could always go dry jet nitrous for about $500 then about a $60 refill on a 10lb bottle. and run a 40 shot. you'll get 190bhp on a 2.4 and like 160 something on a 2.2/2200.

You said in one of your other posts that it was a greddy type. Which is it HKS or Greddy. And that performance chip is a POS. I put it in my 03 Cavi and the damn thing blew my fuel pump. All that does is put more fuel into the engine without any effect.
