Is this a good deal? I am planning to buy it for $6500, 100 above kbb private party value...

69k miles is alot, tell the guy to bring it to a mechanic and make sure everythings working before you buy it... other than that, sounds like a good deal.

Ya, I was going to take it to a shop and have them look it over. Actually, for cars I was looking at 69k was very few miles. I had been looking at 100k and more. This would be my first car, so I can't get a lower miles car unless it isn't as sporty.

That sounds like a good deal to me. 69K is NOT a lot of miles, especially on a 95, that's less than 7k a year.
