rx-7

i picked up a jadatoys rx-7 today for about 25 dollars and all i could really think to do to it was to convert the doors to lambo style. that's all the mods it has right now. if you would like to suggest any other mods, see more pictures, or comment on my work then please do!

^^the interior door panel is attached now, i just forgot to put it on in that picture

i actually also changed the hood to a carbon fiber one and switched the rims out to chrome ones. if you woulod like to see pictures of the car with the chrome rims and carbon fiber hood let me know

Re: rx-7

a small setback today, while i was apllying the paint removal to the various parts with gloves on, my fingers started burning, the remover ate threw the gloves i had on and was starting to eat away at my fingers! it sure did hurt because i had a cut on my fingertip and that started to burn like nothing i've felt before. so i'm going to home depot tomorrow to get chemical resistant gloves so we can get this project back on the road

Re: rx-7

im sorry to hear that man really i know how that must hurt acid meating your skin. So is the car sitting in the substance right now. Also you can pm me pics of the car currently right now if you dont want to post it in a whole form. So you are also going to do a box settup for the streo right so it looks more streetracer style and one single muffler slanted. That is going to look pimp if you do all that. Keep me posted.

^^ if you look closely you can see two doors and the trunk.
after all the paint is off, i will be bondo ing up some little holes like where the spoiler was and the holes for the mirrors.
