starter issues

my dodge neon will not start...anyone able to help me??

Mine is doing same thing.It does not cranck at all and there is enough juice and everything.i left it sitting for about a month.Work beautifully before that.Check engine flashes first 1 then twicwe and then 5 and 5 again.it is 95 neon.

The codes 12 and 55 don't mean anything really. I would have the battery checked and then clean your terminals and check and double check all your connections. A loose wire or nut can drive a neon owner mad.

If you can, remove the battery and have it check at a auto zone or local garage...if it checks out ok, I would first check all my fuses and the safety neutral switch...let us know how you make out (also like stated before...clean all terminals and check your cables for corrosion)

I found a problem and fixed it!Basically I had enough juice and everything checked OK.I found a problem on starter that omne of the wires was coroded and looked like it was connected but in reality it was not.Had to get used starter of of my parts neon.Anyway if someone need any parts from my 1996 Dodge Neon let me know.It is right http://car.20fr.com/ here and would list on Ebay no problem.Thanks.
