Clutch pedal stuck

I own a 1999 v6 manual 3800 series camaro. My problem is whenever I depress the clutch to switch gears, the clutch pedal becomes stuck and I have raise back up with my foot. Please Help. I have tried using WD-40 to lubicate the joint and the clutch fluid is filled. Thanks Ladies and Gents!

Sounds like a problem in the master cylinder, probably needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Rebuild kits are inexpensive, and they are pretty easy to rebuild, its just a little difficult taking it out as there isn't alot of room to move around down there.

It could be the slave also. My slave went out and the pettle went to the floor and would not come up...... It needed some viagra. Cost about 400 bucks

Re: Clutch pedal stuck

check your fluid, see if its low. its behind the firewall behind the drivers side kinda steering wheel area. You'll see two reservoirs. One big one (brake) and one small one behind it (clutch)
