1995 Trans Sport 3.8 problems

I have a couple of problems with my Trans Sport. The first problem is when the power door open/closes and the car is on the RPMs go down as if it is struggling to do it.

The second problem is the front heater/ac will not blow any air when it is set on HIGH, it works fine on low and med. But the rear blower works fine on all settings.

I also have same the power window issue that every Trans Sport seems to have, but after looking at all these threads I might just be able to fix it!

Any help would be appreciatied. Thanks...
