Heater Blower on Honda Accord 91

My Heater Blower has called it quits. I have bought another heater blower for my car which is a Honda Accord Lx 91. When turn on the heat or the A/C the Heater Blower or the Blower motor which is locate under the glove compartment by the passenger seat. Can some one explain to me how can I replace this? Would be hard to replace? Do you think thats the problem? Please Help...... I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Re: Heater Blower on Honda Accord 91

I did my 90 accord lx's blower mtr. Not too bad. To diagnose mine was easy. It made a rattling noise for a while, then I only had one blower speed, then nothing!! Take out the glovebox to start. The blower is located inside a section of the heat/ac system, behind the glovebox. Remove the entire section out of the car, take it apart, replace with the new blower. Then reinstall the whole section. What I found, was getting the section ready to come out wasn't so bad, but I could not get it to clear the dash to get it out. I ended up loosening the computer, under the carpet, moving it out of the way, then it came right out!! Good luck!!
