Here are some pictures of my car when it was delivered at my home.
This was about 2.5 weeks ago. Interior is fairly good just as the chassis. The major problems are the engine which isn't running at the moment and the paintwork which has to be redone. I'm thinking of getting it resprayed in British Racing Green. Problem here is that the color of the body has to fit the interiorcolors which are brown and black. Maybe any suggestions? Congrats on your BMW 850 Matt! One of my favorite cars ever! Hope I could drive one one day. :flash: |

Looks nice. The 850i is my dads one. Wish it was mine. I have the fiesta as I can't get insured on it being 18. I'm saving up for a E30 316. Would a 2002 be a good choice for a young driver.:sun:

Are the 2002's with the square head lights rarer than the round headlights.

the 2000's name comes from its displacement of 2000cc or thereabouts, and the 2002's name means roughly the same thing but the second 2 indicates it having only 2 doors. |

Hi everybody ! Has been awhile.
About the last question : my car is a 2000 , a model which wasn't officially sold in the USA. There are approx. 115.000 made. There were 4 types : the 2000A , 2000 , 2000Tii and the 2000Tilux. Most of them had square lights but there are a few who had round headlights. In general the 2000 is mechanically the same as the 1800 , but with a bigger engine (1998cc) and other head/tail lights. I think the 1800 wasn"t officially sold in the USA but I'm not sure. Anyhow the 2000 looks quite like the 2002 but having 4 doors and square head and taillights. Hi .
No problem , had to look it up myself ![]() The engine of my car is running fine now. Still needs a new oil-and fuelfilter but runs smoothly. At the moment I'm working on the front brakes. Car had been standing in a garage for about 8 years so no need to say everthing is quite rusty. How's your 318i doing ? I know it has a design wich makes it look quite powerful. I really love the design myself. The interior itself is peacefull , just the things you need. Not like the modern cars who have (by my opinion) too much buttons , gauges etc. Maybe post a picture ?
