99 Cav won't start
I go out to start the car and it will not turn over; it does crank. If I wait 10 minutes it usually starts. This happens without notice. My theft system light comes on some times (stays on) and some times not. However I do not have a theft system installed. Please help it drives me crazy and I need a dependable car for school. Thank TeeBone
