Hey Geo,
What's up with the P10 . . . anything you want to share with us? My suspension is in . . . as you know, but . . . I'm not sure I like it. |

I put in some Redline Water Wetter and that helped a ton! I have to do the anal retentive coolant system bleeding described in the FSM now. I did the usual method that is described on SE-R.net and on Rick Zotz's web site. That usually works, but I need to get all the air bubbles out. Not a big deal. I have several options to combat it. I think I'm going to cut out a little bit of the back of the bumper and weld in a steel plate at an angle so I get some air up over the IC to the radiator. I may go for a bigger radiator, but before that I'll likely try higher cfm fans. I haven't done anything to tune it yet. It runs well, but I'm sure I can get a fair amount of additional power out of it. I'll probably do the tuning on the dyno sometime in Sept. I haven't really run it all that hard yet. Just a lot of short, fast burst here and there playing around.

Did you try swapping out your sensor yet?
Your car may not be running as hot as it indicates. |
