Power steering belt

They say with the coming 36/42 volt system , there will be no more belts on cars, cause everything will run on electrical power. They should have considered this before the Sportage....changing the power steering belt is not a "minute" affair.... remove the A/C belt, then the alternator belt then the p/s belt...but all this after removing front bottom plate, then air intake duct, then fan, (you need some room to squeeze your hands with tools) and figuring out finally where this adjustment bolt for the p/s is hidden...and squeezing the new belt between p/s pulley and a/c bracket, a 1/4 in clearance...wow I was not looking for such a pain for a 10$ belt
OK next time..if there is...I'll probably save an hour out of 3 1/2

Sounds like a normal belt change to me. Your right, it will be faster next time.
