Boost leakage

Problem, boost out of my Turbo into my intake is 1.5 bar without no intercooler. Put on intercooler, boost down to 1 bar. No leakages on boostpipes. Where the fluck is da boost going. Any knowledgeable help appreciated.

Re: Boost leakage

since the intercooler has like a cross-sectional area much larger than that of the pipes, there is more space for the compressed air to expand, therefore it loses pressure, its normal, but dropping 1.5 bar is quite a lot.
