God damn there are a lot of tutorials but i somehow lost the links when i formatted my HD... anyway...

Changing color .... not much required here, but you gotta be patient and do it very precisely...

-Select the whole body (or whatever else you want to change the color of) remember , the more precisely , the better...
-Copy it
-Paste
-Hue/Saturation to get rid of the color (you may use desaturate also)
-color balance to adjust those
-brightness/contrast to adjust those

Lowering:
-duplicate layer
-cut everything below the body (metal sheet)
-make the old layer invisble
-erase everything to make sure you have done a good job and only the body is visible
-make the "background" layer visible again
-use Move Tool to lower the body
-you can get good results by holding control and pressing the "down arrow" button...

It may be quite hard to imagine , so if you have any problems hook me up on AIM...

Paste isn't a tool... you just go to the bar where there are all those "File , Edit , Image.... "etc. go to edit and there you find commands like copy , paste , cut etc.

Do you mean saving the file on your computer?

Then go File, save as. Though if you have a trial version, it may not let you save.
