Question about Engines

Will a Focus SVT Engine fit in a Escort ZX2 2002 vehicle. I have been wanting to do the swap out but was unsure if it will fit. there both 4 cilinders and there both Zetech so i think so but unsure can some one answer this for me thanks.

I'm not sure. But I wonder if the gain would be worth the trouble. I haven't seen a Focus yet that my wife's POS '98 ZX2 couldn't stay with.

Yeah, i dont know why youd want to. The zx2 can romp on any svt out there. That and for the money you can make the z faster. besides ive driven both and the z is more fun in my opinion.
