Bolt Size

Help, I took my bumper off the other day to pull the headlights, and when I put it all back together I realized I lost the two bolts that go under the car (I have a 98 Civic Coupe if that helps). The bumper is securly attached at the top and sides, I am not worried about it falling off, but I would like it to be a little sturdier, so I want to replace those bolts. Before I go all the way to a Honda dealer and spend some outragous price for two bolts I would like to try to get matching replacments from Home Depot, but without the originals I don't know what diameter or length. Can anyone with a manual help me out here?

the two bolts that hold the bumper on the side?? or the bolts that hold on the headlights???

my car has 4 for each headlight (10 mm, i think)
for the bumper there are two screws (phillips) and like 8 of those clip things holding it on.

i have no clue which ones you are askin about.

I was referring to the two bolts under the car (ie: on the bottom, straight back from the license plate). I bit the bullet and went to the Honda dealer near my house and bought official Honda OEM bolts, almost $6.00 a piece! I wish I had known the size prior to this, I could have gone to Home Depot and saved almost $11.00. To late now though... Thanks anyway.

you should have looked at them and then said "sorry, that's not what i was lookin for" then went to home depot. I'm sneaky like that. I'm also to cheap to pay that much for bolts.

sorry i couldn't help you.
