Interior Light

Is there a brighter bulb I can put in my interior light socket. When I open the doors you can hardly tell the light is on. This is on a 95 Geo Metro. Has been this way since I bought the car new. The dealer told me there is no replacement.

I gave up on my interior light. In stead, I use a goose-neck map-light that plugs into the cigarette lighter.
