JDM b18c TURBO help

I want to make my B18c turboed, but i dont know what i would need to repacle to run 20 psi or to get around 300hp. i am probably getting a T3/T4 turbo or a 14B. can i still run vtec if i turbo the car? would 440cc injectors be good enough. what pistons and rods would i need. would need to replace the cams, or cam shaft? any help is needed thanks.

you would have to build your whole motor from pistons, rods, to head work and full fuel system mods probably bigger than 440cc injectors i was using 440s on my turbo sohc motor built with aem standalone ecu oith t3/t4 to many mods maybe even want to sleeve it. was running 15psi

300whp. you could keep it stock. but i would recommend changing your pistons, everything else should handle 300whp. or just run your stock pistons till you blow the motor then swap pistons.
