Thumbs up motor swap need help!

i have an h23a1 non v-tec motor out of a 92 prelude. i want to put it in my 89 crx dx with a stock d15a1 motor, does anyone know if it is possible, and if so how hard to do??

Re: motor swap need help!

I am in the works for saving for an h22. I have looked into this swap a bunch. This is what you need. You need the motor, a h series to b series tranny adapter plate, b series tranny, b series mounts, b series shift linkage, obd1 conversion, computer, custom driverside mount, b16 flywheel and clutch, b16 swap axles, and some time to do the work or the money to pay a shop. For everything just to get the motor in i think mine came around 4 grand or somewere in there. Also you will need a mpfi wiring conversion. If your serious about it then i can dig up some web sites for you to look at.
