PCV Rubber Grommet

Hello,

I have a very small miniscule rough idle involving a collapsed rubber grommet (or the hose is collapsed inside the grommet). It is part of the PCV hose. How do I check the PCV hose and replace the grommet on a 4.6 L 1992 Grand Marquis?
