1987 Fuel Pump Help

Was wondering the best way to test for a possible intermitant Fuel Pump problem. 1987 T-Bird V6 with Throttle Body and auto trans.

I am having symtoms that seem to indicate the TFI module and I am going to change it today but am wondering if the fuel pump could be the cause.

Car runs a bit rough, sometimes stalls after it has been running for a while. Will restart after a period of time. All these sound like TFI module from what I have read.

Any help is much appreciated.
