Noises when turning

Hi all,

There're noises, seemingly from both front wheels, when steering to both left and right sides. It's 96 Plymouth Voyager. How to fix?

Check brakes, struts, sway bar, axle shafts. Replace what is bad.

It turned out to be too lower on power steering fluid - there's a leak. Thanks all
