To the best of my knowledge, no ... there are, however a few companies that will chrome heavy rubber and plastic BUT, you need to remember that the very first tap, touch scratch or bump that the "chromed" bumper takes, it'll ruin the finish. Just like the plastic "chrome" bumper strips. They crack and turn black and the clearcoat comes off once it's breached.
