Windows wont move

None of the windows will roll up or down, using any of the switches. I have switch the PWR WINDOW c/b, but that did not work. I didn't find any other fuse or relay. Did I miss something? What else would cause the windows to stop functioning?

With the ignition switch on, you'll need to check one side of the PWR WINDOW circuit breaker for 12v using a multimeter or test probe. If it's missing then you'll have to back track. There are no other fuses or fuseable links before the breaker that I know of. In a worst case scenario you may have one bad contact for power windows on the ignition switch and harness assembly. The 12v to the circuit breaker comes directly from the ignition switch.

I had some time to review the GM GP wiring diagrams and I found out that before the circuit breaker is a RAP relay (Retained Accessory Power) that has to stay energized to pass the 12v to the power window circuit breaker. There should be a RAP fuse either in the main engine compartment fuse box or passenger side fuse box. Make sure it isn't blown. If the RAP relay is energized OK, then the 12v comes from the ignition switch.

The other major part that comes into play is the body control module (BCM). It provides the ground for the RAP relay coil. GM also calls this timed accesssory delay.
